AM: 4 mile run followed with 30 mins on bike. Things were getting tight at 4, but no pain yet. Very slight improvement. I can't believe I am back doing rehap again!
AM: 4 miles running. ITB and calf got sore so I went home and rode the bike for 30 mins. It doesn't seem to be progressing at this point. {ANGER}
AM: 6 miles RUNNING. Leg felt ok for 5 miles then got sore. Came home and rode for 10 mins.
PM: 30 min ride
AM: 80 mins on the bike
PM: 50 mins on the bike
AM: Bike for 80 mins
PM: Bike for 30 mins
Leg feels better than yesterday. Foam roller makes it hurt.
