AM: Had a rough night waking up with the kids pretty often and I vaguely remember shutting off the alarm and going back to sleep. I eventually woke up with only enough time for 6 miles. So I ran the Landfill Loop at 7:45 pace.

Jon, doesn't it feel good to see how cost effective those amazing miracle physical therapy treatments are? Where else can you pay 30 bucks to ride a stationary bike for 10 minutes, or 30 bucks for a 5 minute massage with a styrofoam cup of ice, or 50 bucks to do a few repetitive rubber band exercises. oh well. hope the hip is getting better.

I wish I got to keep a copy of the ultrasounds. I bet I could go get it, but what would I do with a picture of a perfectly good liver,kidneys, gallbladder? Burt would get a hold of it and tweak it and then who knows what would happen...
