AM: Young Ward Loop easy.  I am getting tired of running in the dark every morning.  The biggest peeve is that everyone turns on their brights when they see you running.  I know they see me with my reflective vest on, so why bright me?  I swear, blinding a runner as they are only a few feet from you is not a good idea.  It makes me want to carry a rock and when they bright me, toss it at the windshield.  Grrrr.

PM: Same old 4 miles with Jaxon in stroller.

If you run at 4 am, there aren't very many cars on the road to bug you. Still dark, but much more alone.

No thanks. I will take my chances with the cars.

Meaning planet walk? Can't go wrong with the old faithful.

I can relate to running in the dark - every single one of my morning runs is always in the dark, but I run on the road where it is somewhat lit up by the street lights. I have to get out at about 4:45 to get in my miles before my wife runs.

You could carry a mirror... Just kidding.

I like the mirror idea!
