Ran with Paul today on Ant Flat Road.  Nice dirt/gravel road to run on.  Mild grade, but lots of loose gravel.  No traffic and cool temps made for a great long run.  I whined and complained the whole time (according to Paul) about how tired and sore I am but we still did prettty good for that road.  That is pretty standard for me to whine, but still love it.  Weird.

Cody, how is your body handling the high mileage? Can you still do the tough workouts with the mileage? Good luck at TOU, myself and Sylvia are running it also. By the way, how many ants did you see on the road? How did a road get that name?

Brent- My body is shot. I have had two week in a row of record mileage and it is wearing thin. My joints are way sore and that rarely happens. I am glad I did it, but I am planning on not increasing again next week. I am looking forward to a day off tomorrow.

Ant Flat is a bust, no ants, and its not flat. Go figure. Maybe the view from the passing jets makes the cows look like ants on the "flat" meadows. Who knows?
