Long Run - 

Jon and I ran up to Guineva Malibu Campground up Logan Canyon and back.  A nice long run with a nice mix of roads, gravel trail and rocky single-track.  I would venture to say though that it was a bit long of a run to do since I haven't run much since the marathon.  But Jon the slave driver made me do it.  I might have even enjoyed most of it too...maybe....

I do know that I DIDN'T enjoy the last 5 miles though as I had bonked and was really hurting.  I survived though so no harm done.
