Macey's to Providence Quarry - 

Went at a solid hard effort.  Set 3 strava course records.  Sweet!

Canal Trail - River Trail 10

Easy pace, body was worn out.  Randomly saw joe out running too.  That rarely happens even when its planned.

T-1:22 (8:13) 650' vert

AM: 6 easy on landfill loop - 48 mins

PM: Jardine Juniper 10 with Fan then tacked on 2 more to get 12.  Trail was still pretty rough.  Lots of snow at top and some muddy patches.  Didn't go on the shady route due to snow even.  Getting close though.  T-1:52:30, 2500' vert 147 ave hr

Providence Hills 9 -

Easy (ish) day today.  Legs are tired but not too terrible.

Easy 10 on canal trail and river trail

Beirdneau Ridge Crimson Trail Double Traverse 20 - 

Had a great time out there today.  Lots of good climbs to punish the legs.  They are punished.  I ran this exact run on Nov 2 of last year and was able to go 15 mins faster this time.  Bonus.  Took a bunch of pictures and 2 videos. I will put them (pics) on my Flickr account.
