This morning I biked up to the start of the Logan Peak Trail Race. I watched Drew and Jon take off up the mountain. Good luck guys. Paul was helping direct the runners so I joined him. Afterward, we ran on the Logan River trail to the end of the single track and back. Nice and easy. We did dip below 7 min pace on the way down. Felt good to get out and run. After the run, I biked home passing all the MS-100 riders. To their credit, they were going the other direction though. I got some funny looks. "You are going the wrong way" kind of looks.

PM: Late 4 miler untimed.  Foot is feeling great today.

Cody what type of bike did you get? I'm glad your on your way back from the injury. Your going to excel in your next race after you've properly trained again.

Cody are you really healing that quick!? Im going to run the 15k up there and wanted to know if you will be around. If you or Jon would like to help me in I would appreciate it. I ran with Clydes group up in P.C. yesterday and Josh Steffen was there! I told him I wanted to take his crown away! Yeah right! My speed isnt that fast yet but I just may have something who knows. Let me know if you will be around. Your amazing, I know it would take me longer to heal from a stress fracture. I drink too much coke.

Kory-

I bought a used Raleigh SuperCourse (2005). Its speedy

Walter-

I REALLY want to run that 15K too. I had better not though. If things are looking good for me I will join you on the course at the mouth of Blacksmith and run with you until I can't keep up anymore. It would be cool to see you do well there!

yeah, that would be great. At the bottom of the canyon and if Josh is ahead then hit him on the knee. jk I kidding josh if your ease dropping on us! I told him when I ran yesterday with him to get on the blog so we could spy on him.
