Still felt sore this morning from Des News so decided to run on my flat loop (Young Ward Loop).  Started out at 7:30 pace and as I loosened up sped up to 7ish pace.  Very muggy out.  I thought I was in the south or a rain forest or something.  Very unusual for Logan.

Total Time: 1:12:50 (7:13)

You must be well-recovered to run 10 miles. My calves are pretty sore.

It seems that 2 days later is always worse than the day after so I took advantage.

Year of PR's, huh? Congrats. What 1/2 marathon are you doing? You should be able to break your 1/2 and marathon PR's again, too.

From Jon on Wed, Jul 25, 2007 at 12:41:46

But you can still do PR's at the 400, 800, 1500, 2 mile, 3 mile, 8k, 15k, too. And those are standard race lenghts. You can set 12 PR's this year!

From Cody on Wed, Jul 25, 2007 at 12:46:00

Lets see.

My 400,800,1500 all need to be broken. I do think I have set 2 mile, 3 mile PR's though. The Freedom run was the first 15K I have run so that is a PR as well. Lets get cracking and get after it...

I plan on doing the TOU half as my fall half marathon. (Pretty sure at this point).
