AM: Biked up to the Providence Trail and rode to the "bridge".  Left the bike and then ran a mile up the canyon then back to a bit past the bike for 2.5 miles of running.  Biked home.  The trail is in great shape with only a few snow patches that will be gone in a day.

T- 75 mins bike 23:30 running - 1500' vert

PM: Met up with joe and ran Green from King Park to almost to the Yurt.  The final quarter mile is still under snow (that is why we turned back).  The rest of the trail is looking good.  The dozen bikers we saw would all agree.

T- 69 mins 1000' vert 8.5 miles

Quite the day!  Lets hope it wasn't too much.  Lots of fun though.
