Final Long Run (before the really long run) -

Mike joined me for another awesome run on the Bear course.  We ran from Franklin Basin Aid (mile 61.5) to Logan River Aid (mile 69.5) to Beaver Mtn Aid (mile 76) then back to Logan river aid then down the dirt road (shortcut) back to the car.  

Boring Splits

- FB to LR 1:30 (1:41 = 20 hour pace)

- LR to BM 1:18 (1:32 = 20 hour pace)

- BM to LR 1:10

Total - 4:15 5000' vert

Are they still not allowing crew at LR aid anymore?

I've seen a number of photos from that exact spot...

Nope they are not. Even though they moved the aid to the river crossing it is still off limits (or so the website says).

I seem to recall taking your photo once or twice there...great spot to pee with a view.
